Zodi

Community Rules

Zodi brings together people with questions and advisors who help them explore those questions. Respect and care are central to that exchange. These standards explain what's welcome, what's off-limits and how concerns can be raised.

What Belongs Here

Zodi is a space to slow down, understand yourself and grow. Conversations here might include:

  • questions about love, family, work or turning points in your life
  • open questions with no single right answer
  • astrology charts, tarot spreads, intuition and other spiritual practices
  • honest, kind and considerate exchanges between clients and advisors
  • an open mind and genuine curiosity

Goodwill on both sides leaves room for open conversation.

What's Off-Limits

Some subjects and actions are banned to protect clients and advisors. Don't ask for, offer or share:

  • ways to hurt yourself, end your life or harm another person
  • threats, violence or any form of abuse
  • sexual or explicit material, or anything that exploits someone sexually
  • attempts to manipulate, pressure or control another person
  • advice that requires a licensed specialist — medical, mental-health, legal, financial or otherwise
  • help with anything illegal or anything that could cause harm offline
  • phone numbers, emails, social media handles or invitations to continue the chat outside Zodi

Respect Goes Both Ways

Clients and advisors deserve the same courtesy. We don't tolerate:

  • insults, hateful remarks or discrimination of any kind
  • bullying, pressure, or ignoring a "no"
  • mocking, belittling or targeting a client or advisor personally

Disagreements and criticism are fine when expressed fairly. If you doubt an advisor's skills or behavior, tell us through the official channels so we can look into it properly.

In an Emergency, Contact Professionals

Zodi can't help in a crisis. If you or someone else is in danger, at risk of harm or in severe distress, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline right away; advisors are not trained for these situations. Find helplines in your country.

When Rules Are Broken

If someone breaks these standards, we may pause or close the conversation and take additional action to protect others. If anything makes you uneasy, report it. You can share the relevant details with our team through the reporting channel.

Our Rules for Conversation Access

Our access rules set out specific purposes for reviewing conversation fragments, rather than routine reading.

These purposes include:

  • to investigate a suspected breach of these standards or of the law
  • to stop scams, abuse or other harm on Zodi
  • because you asked us to look at part of your conversation

Our access rules call for:

  • a specific service reason for a review, where other available information cannot answer the question
  • limiting a review to relevant conversation fragments
  • restricting access to authorized team members
  • limiting the use of personal information and applying safeguards to the information reviewed

The purpose of a review is to assess conduct against platform rules and safety requirements, not to judge personal beliefs or an advisor's spiritual approach. Anonymized trends from these checks may occasionally help us improve our standards.
