Zodi exists to help you reflect and grow spiritually. Astrology, tarot and intuitive readings offer ways to explore your feelings, recurring themes and what matters to you.
We're also clear about what we are not. Zodi doesn't provide medical, mental-health, legal or emergency services. Advisors can't evaluate risk, diagnose conditions or walk you through situations that need urgent or professional help. They're here to help you understand yourself — not to replace a doctor, a lawyer or emergency responders.
Situations like these fall outside the scope of readings and advice on Zodi:
- thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or any threat to your safety
- emergencies where someone's life could be at risk
- health problems, physical or mental, that call for a qualified professional
- domestic violence, sexual violence, or physical or emotional abuse
- drug, alcohol, gambling or other addictions that need specialist help
- court cases, crimes or anything that could get you into legal trouble
- where to put your money, what to invest in, or whether to place a bet
- anything involving children, or situations that could put another person in danger
If a session turns to serious risk or harm, an advisor may pause or end that part of the conversation. These situations fall outside the scope of spiritual guidance. A reading is not a form of crisis support.
Emergency services and specialist helplines are the appropriate contacts for urgent safety concerns. If you, or someone close to you, feel unsafe, overwhelmed or in danger, call your local emergency number or contact a crisis line. You don't have to face this alone. Reaching out isn't weakness — it's a way of taking care of yourself.
