How We Assess Your Concern
Reports provide our team with information to assess against Zodi's conduct requirements. We may ask you to clarify a detail or share relevant context; the time needed depends on the circumstances rather than a fixed resolution deadline.
Urgent Help Is Different From a Platform Report
