How Advisors Join Zodi

Background and Experience
Applicants share their background, the methods they use and the topics they work with. We review this information to learn about their practice and the readings they plan to offer.
Clear and Respectful Communication
We explain our guidelines for talking with clients. These cover clear language, respect for personal choices and the limits of a reading. Medical, legal and other questions that need professional advice fall outside those limits.
A Practice Conversation
Some applicants take part in a practice session based on a typical Zodi chat. It gives them a chance to apply the guidelines and gives us a better understanding of how they respond.
We invite applicants who meet our requirements and agree to follow Zodi's rules.
Staying Accountable After Day One
Passing review is the beginning, not the finish line. Our conduct requirements continue to apply after an advisor joins. Concerns about an advisor's behavior can be reported to our team.
A Signed Commitment
Acceptance of our code of conduct and platform rules is part of joining Zodi. These set expectations for safety, honesty and professional behavior.
Learning and Support
We give advisors materials and help to sharpen their skills and keep up with our standards. These resources focus on communication, boundaries and responsible guidance.
Independent Specialists
Zodi advisors work for themselves; they are not on Zodi's staff. Each has their own training, style and way of reading, and some work under a professional name or use an image that represents their practice.
We set platform rules, and you choose who to talk to. Profiles and client reviews can help you explore different approaches and find someone whose style resonates with you.
