Zodi

Guidance & Ethics

A reading on Zodi is a conversation, not a verdict. It offers space to explore your situation, reflect on your feelings and consider your options. The decisions remain yours.

You set the agenda. You decide what to ask, how deep to go and what to do with what you hear. An advisor can offer a new angle on the patterns, emotions and questions you bring. You decide what resonates with you.

Because these conversations often touch tender places, our written principles apply to all advisors. They set expectations for honest, respectful communication and clear boundaries for both sides.

What an Advisor Can Offer

Think of a session as a mirror and a map: a chance to look at what's happening in your life and consider possible paths. Advisors share interpretation and perspective; decisions with professional, legal or safety consequences stay outside the session and with you.

So the line is easy to see, here is what a Zodi session is not:

  • A substitute for a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, lawyer, financial adviser or any other licensed specialist
  • A source of diagnoses, treatment plans or instructions for an emergency
  • A push to take a particular step, make a specific decision or keep buying sessions

Advisors are asked to speak in a way that leaves room for your own conclusions.

No Fear, No Pressure

Respect for your emotional well-being and freedom to choose is central to our advisor guidelines. Advisors are expected to communicate with care, without using fear, creating unnecessary urgency or pressuring you to make decisions or continue a session. The aim is to support reflection and understanding, while leaving you space to form your own conclusions.

Your Choices Stay Yours

An advisor's interpretation is one perspective, not a definitive answer. You decide what feels right for you. Questions about health, legal matters or financial decisions fall outside the scope of a reading.

Openness, respect and responsibility guide our approach to the platform. Behind these rules is the same idea: space for reflection, without pressure or promises about what comes next.
