This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how we ("Zodi", "Provider", "we") use cookies and other similar technologies ("Cookies") when you use our Services or App, what tracking technologies are, why we use them, and how you can control their use. Our service providers and other third parties may place cookies on our digital platforms.

For more information on how we process personal data, including the categories we process, the purposes of processing, and the third parties with whom we share it, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Terms not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy.

This Cookie Policy DOES NOT cover the cookies provided by the third parties when you follow the links to any website other than our Services.

How to control and manage cookies

You can manage cookies and tracking technologies in several ways. Please note that changes you make to your cookie preferences may make using our Services a less satisfying experience as they may not be as personalised to you. In some cases, you may even find yourself unable to use all or part of our Services.

Instruments we provide. You can set and adjust your cookies preferences at any time by using the Preference Center menu available on our website depending on your state of residency.

Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies and to delete cookies. Typically, such information can be found under the browser's 'Help', 'Preferences', or 'Options' menus. Also, your browser may have settings allowing you to manage cookies on a site-by-site basis as well as provide for incognito mode. Depending on the browser you use, check these articles for more information:

You can also find the detailed instructions on how to control your cookies through browser settings here: https://www.aboutcookies.org/how-to-control-cookies/.

Device controls. For mobile devices, you can exercise your preferences and opt out of personalized advertisements on your devices by updating your device settings:

iOS devices: On your iPhone or iPad, go to "Settings," then "Privacy" and tap "Advertising" to select "Limit Ad Tracking". In addition, you can reset your advertising identifier (this also may help you to see less of personalized ads) in the same section.

Android devices: Open the Google Settings app on your Android device, tap "Ads" and enable "Opt out of interest-based ads". In addition, you can reset your advertising identifier in the same section (this also may help you to see less personalized ads).

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize and honor browser- or device-based opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Some browsers and browser extensions support GPC or similar controls that signal to the websites you visit your choice to opt out from certain types of data processing, including its sale and targeted advertising. When we detect such a signal, we will work to respect your choices. Check Global Privacy Control website for more information and instructions.

Internet-based advertising tools. To learn even more about how to affect advertising choices on various devices, please look at the information available here. Third-party advertisers, ad agencies, and service providers we cooperate with may be members of the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising, the Network Advertising Initiative, or the European Digital Advertising Alliance. Cookies and tracking technologies we use

Cookies. Cookie is a small text file which is placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or other electronic device) when you visit our Services to store a range of information, for example, your language preference, device, user settings, browsing history, or activities conducted while using our Services. You can check the list of cookies we use in the Preference Center.

Web beacons. Web beacon (also known as "pixel" or "tag") is a small, transparent image that is embedded into a website or an email. When your browser opens webpages or emails that contain a web beacon, it automatically collects specific user information, including technical specifications of your device, operating system, system settings, your activities during the web session, type of email you opened, your IP address, details about sender, etc. Some of the web beacons are operated by third parties.

Tracking URLs. A tracking URL (also known as "UTM" or "click ID") is an extra parameter or unique token included in the URL link. When you click it in an ad, email, or page, the system records this parameter along with standard log data (for example, IP address, referrer name, timestamp, etc.). This information allows us to understand the source of your visit, the advertising you have interacted with, set cookies, attribute your actions to a particular campaign, prevent fraud, and personalize Services.

SDKs. Software development kit (SDK) is a third-party software kit that may be installed in our App. SDKs help us understand how you interact with our App or Services and collect certain information about the device and network you use to access the App.

Mobile Analytics and Advertising IDs. On mobile devices, analytics and advertising platforms use operating system identifiers to recognize your device across applications. These IDs are used to attribute application's installs and in‑app events, measure performance, limit ad frequency, and show more relevant content. Data linked to these IDs can include app usage and interaction events, your device model, language, time zone, or IP address. We use IDFA, GAID, and IDFV identifiers. They can be reset or limited in your device settings.

Types of cookies and purposes of their use

Depending on the intended purposes of use, all cookies and other tracking technologies can be sorted out into the following categories:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are essential for the website and Services to function. These cookies enable core features like page navigation, user authentication, session management, security and fraud prevention, load balancing, and your preferences, including consents you provide. Some of these cookies are necessary to ensure our compliance with the applicable laws. Without these cookies, the website and Services will not work. You cannot turn off these cookies.

  • Functional Cookies. These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization by remembering your choices and settings. They may store your language preferences, login persistence, accessibility preferences, saved items, UI customizations, and support features. If you disable these cookies, some parts of Services may not operate as intended.

  • Performance Cookies. These cookies are used to measure your usage of and experience with the Services. They allow us to count the number of visitors, page views, user navigation paths when using Services, feature usage, load times, and crash/error reports. This helps us to analyse and improve Services. If you disable these cookies, we will not be able to track your website visits and monitor performance of Services.

  • Advertising and Targeting Cookies. These cookies record your visit to the website, the pages you have visited, and the links you have followed. They may track activity across websites to personalize advertising, perform remarketing and retargeting, limit how often you see advertising, detect fraud, and attribute conversions. We will use this information to serve advertising and analyse its performance. These cookies may be set by us or our advertising partners and, where required, are used only with your consent.

Depending on the party that sets them, there are first-party and third-party cookies and tracking technologies:

  • First‑party cookies are set by our own domain and stored on your device, usually to operate and improve our Services. Most of the cookies and tracking technologies we use, including to measure your usage of and experience with the Services, are first-party cookies.

  • Third-party cookies are set by our partners and service providers (usually analytics, advertising, and social media) through our Services to enable their services, measure performance, and serve advertising. Third-party cookies may recognize your device across websites.

The list of cookies we use

We collect Functional, Performance, Advertising, and Targeting cookies on a basis of user's consent; in jurisdictions where consent is not required, we collect them on a basis of our legitimate interest. We always collect Strictly Necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interests (to pursue our business objectives or adhere to the applicable industry standards) or where required to comply with our legal obligations.

A comprehensive list of all cookies and tracking technologies currently active on our website is available in our Preference Center. This list includes information about the type of cookie (first-party or third-party), their provider, purpose of use, and retention period.

We encourage you to review this list periodically, as it is updated to reflect any changes to the cookies and tracking technologies we deploy. You may also use the Preference Center to manage your preferences and, where applicable, withdraw any consent you have previously given.
